Customer Challenge

The bag width is narrow for 60 mm and the customer required the packing speed above 50 bags per minute,so our R&D team needs to customize the packing machine with duplex stations and design the bag magazine to meet the smallest bag width 60 mm.

Key Parts of the Duplex Packing Machine

1. Duplex Bag Magazine

The standard model which can store 50-100 bags at once time, also can be made as horizontal design to fit 100-200 bags.

2. Automatic Zipper Opener

Precisely opens the zipper before filling, guaranteeing smooth powder filling into the bag.

3. Filling Funnel

The funnels can be customized according to the product size.

4. Air Blowing Device

It is used to open the bags fully and let the products fill into the bags better.

5. Horizontal Conveyor

To put the products on the horizontal conveyor and fill the products to the bags one by one.

6. Plunger

It is used to push the products into the bags well.

Result

The packing machine was custom made according to the bag width and bag length with duplex stations, the packing speed reaches max 55 bags per minute, and it was installed plunger to make sure the products filled into the bags well.
