From watery lotions to thick conditioners — filled and capped in one pass. One line, three container families — changeover in minutes. Standard PET bottles with pump or flip caps. Glass for premium lotions and serums. Tubes and cans for specialty care products. Add labeling or pump-cap assembly for a finished personal care bottle. Fill and cap shampoo, lotion and conditioner bottles on one line. The complete production line covers feeding, filling, capping, labeling and collecting — with one PLC running every station in sync. Slow-return suction and low-turbulence nozzles keep foam minimal and fill weight stable. Yes — pump-cap assembly is available as an optional station on the same line.
